The Story of Shadow Flowers
It began with a loss.
Shadow Flowers originated out of my first miscarriage in 2019. I created the first Shadow Flower - Early Bloom - in memory of Baby Z. I loved it so much that I began creating them for others who have experienced this same type of loss.
Shadow Flowers are resin on canvas created in remembrance of children lost. Whether through miscarriage, early infant death, or death later in life. I had another miscarriage in 2020. We never met face to face, but these babies left the shadow of a memory on our hearts. Watch the videos below to hear more of our story.
