Always Good

In celebration of the life of Baby Bushey

12x12 Resin on Canvas

Amber and Daniel's miscarriage journey began at Amber's first doctor appointment. There, they learned she was miscarrying. The miscarriage process went on for three weeks. She ended up needing a D & C procedure done and had 2 transfusions of blood to help with all the blood loss. And then she was put on two weeks of bedrest. Hearing her story of the terrible process her body went through made her response to their Shadow Flower resonate even more.

When Amber received it she messaged me and said "Thank you so much for this gift. It is a reminder of the precious baby never held in my arms but safely kept by my heavenly father."

Safely kept. By our Heavenly Father who is always good. During the loss of their baby, Amber found strength in music. Particularly a song called "You are Always Good" written by Jonathan Hamilton. She retreated into this calming, comforting song and found strength and peace in the reminders of God's love.

Amber and Daniel chose a Gerbera Daisy - Amber’s favorite flower - and the color orange on which to base the painting.
